How to become our dealer?

You can start business with us after we receive the  2 documents above within 3 business days.

After becoming our dealer:

1. You will receive a welcome package with account number.

2. Register internet user name with your shipping address and telephone number. Then call us or send Email to tell us your user name on our website.

3. We will update your user name to dealer level then you can check the dealer price online and place orders online.

4. Products brochure with pricing.

Payments:

Credit cards, Paypal, cheque, money order, cash.

Shipping:

1.      2 days early orders: free shipping if order’s amount is over CAD$100. Shipping costs $5 for order under $100

2.      Same day delivery: Before 12pm, free shipping if order’s amount is over CAD$300. Shipping costs $15 for order under $300

3.      Rush service (4 hours arrive): free shipping before 1:30pm and over $500. Shipping costs $30 for order under $500

4.      Outside Toronto within Ontario: free shipping for orders over $300. Shipping costs $15 for orders under $300

5.      Outside Ontario within Canada: Free shipping for orders over $800. Shipping costs $25 for orders under $800

6.      For defective product’s shipping: Within Toronto, we will pick them up. Outside Toronto, you have to ship them back to us.

7.      No refund service.
